BRIDGING THE GENERATION GAP
Employees quit their managers, not the company. Outdated management attitudes need to be set aside. We are facing a crisis as the population will shift from “baby boomers” in the workforce to Genxers and there are 45% less Genxers than “baby boomers”. Companies today must have a workforce strategy in place to meet the challenges of the impending workforce crisis and one that retains their current key talent.
