Many companies or individuals, find it beneficial to collaborate with TCCG’s coaching staff to develop / create a plan or roadmap – before embarking on the coaching journey.

This enables many efficiencies, synergies and purposefulness in the coaching relationship – as there as often times that “goals” or “road markers” can be identified, in advance.

Coaching Programs and Packages

Picture heading out on a “road trip”. There are a number of approaches:

a. Heading out on the road with an “exploratory” intention – “Where can we go?”

b. Heading out with a destination in sight – “I need to arrive at X”

c. Heading out - knowing the “next stop” you’d like to make, but not quite clear in the “final destination”

Engagement Process: When being paid directly by the corporation, it is important to define upfront the program objectives, who is the client, and what results are expected. For example, is the corporation’s motivation in having executives coached based on increasing profitability, or employee retention, or both. The person being coached might be interested in personal and career development, balancing work / life issues and improving his / her opportunities. These corporate and personal needs and goals can sometimes be in direct conflict. It is therefore highly recommended that both the coach and corporate representative address these issues before beginning corporate coaching activities.

A customized corporate coaching program, where both the person being coached and the organization’s objectives are met, is usually developed based upon a combination of fact-to-face meetings and private coaching sessions. Contact us by email to schedule a telephone conversation to understand your needs so that pricing and availability may be determined.

**Why add assessments:

- faster R.O.I.

  • the sooner and more comprehensive your coach gets to know your personality style, opinions, reasoning and thinking – the sooner your coach will:
    • understand who you are…
    • understand your natural tendencies…
    • be in your space…
    • be working with your authentic self
    • the sooner you will be fast-tracking towards your desired results…which:
      • saves time, money …
      • and regardless of how well we think we know ourselves, assessments provide affirmation and, at times, reveal things about us we didn’t previously acknowledge – either positive or negative. Coaching is about discovering who you are as a person.
